First of all, it is cost-effective. It cost 60% less to make high-quality content than to use other marketing approaches. Many small businesses use some money on ads and get some extra visitors through that. However, you both catch customers’ attention and build trust by producing valuable content for your target audience (Gaenzle, 2020).

How do you make a potential customer trust you? This can be one of the most difficult challenges for a business. However, you can help your audience by sharing your knowledge. By resolving customers’ problems, you build relationships and trust.
